Paper Submission Guidelines

The format of the paper must be as follow:

• Number of pages: maximum of 30 pages inclusive of Tables, Figures and References
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12
• Line Spacing: 1.5-line spacing
• Title page must contain authors' names, affiliations, correspondence and email addresses, followed by the abstract with 3-5 keywords
• References: APA format
• Research Validation Technique: Blind Peer Review
